Float In The Forest

Float in the Forest is Gloucestershire’s floatation centre, based right here in the Forest of Dean, between Whitecroft and Bream.

Floatation is a relaxation therapy. You float on the surface of warm water with 550kg of Epsom salt dissolved in it. Due to the buoyancy there is no pressure on your body, so all your muscles can relax and let go of tension.
In the absence of distractions, your mind can drift off into peace and quiet. Floating can help with stress relief, pain relief, sports rehabilitation and more.
Many people use it as an aid to meditation, others just for fun and relaxation.
